Role Description The SketchUp Designer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The designer will create detailed 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp for telecom, IT, and solar-related projects, aligned with project specifications and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include interpreting survey and audit data, preparing layouts and design concepts, updating models based on site information, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and field teams. The role involves maintaining organized design files, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables, and supporting documentation and presentations for internal teams and clients. The designer will also contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SketchUp and related 3D modeling tools, with the ability to create accurate and detailed models and layouts.
• Strong understanding of design principles, technical drawing, and spatial visualization; experience with telecom, IT, or solar infrastructure design is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret survey data, audit reports, and technical specifications and translate them into clear visual representations.
• Good knowledge of basic CAD or other design software, and comfort working with digital files, documentation, and version control.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, interior design, industrial design, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Prior experience in a design or drafting role within telecom, infrastructure, or construction projects is preferred but not mandatory.
