📍 Location: New York, NY

🏢 Work Setup: Hybrid (Williamsburg, Brooklyn - approximately 3 days onsite per week)

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

💰 Compensation: $150,000 - $220,000 + Competitive Equity

🛂 Visa Sponsorship Available (OPT candidates welcome; H1B transfers supported)

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3+ years of software engineering experience building data-intensive systems

✔ Hands-on experience deploying AI agents in production environments

✔ Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

✔ Experience building automation systems and replacing manual workflows

✔ Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with minimal specifications

✔ Experience building backend services, ETL pipelines, databases, and infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Experience with LangGraph, Agent SDK, or Agentic AI frameworks

⭐ Previous experience in a vertical AI company

⭐ Experience with geospatial data or energy infrastructure
