Role Description The Web Designer role at CVSAIR HVAC SYSTEMS is a full-time, remote position focused on designing and maintaining user-friendly, visually appealing, and brand-consistent websites. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating website layouts, UI elements, and graphics; ensuring responsive design across devices and browsers; and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to translate business needs into effective web experiences. The Web Designer will optimize pages for performance and accessibility, update existing content and design elements, and support ongoing digital campaigns with landing pages and visual assets. This role also involves maintaining design standards, following best practices in UX/UI, and continuously improving the online presence of CVSAIR through data-driven design decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with experience creating modern, user-centered interfaces.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for web, including icons, banners, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to implement and refine design concepts.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar) and basic image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, web accessibility standards, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing for B2B or industrial/technical sectors is an advantage, as is familiarity with multilingual or international websites.
