Job Description
TalentMicro, the globally emerging software provider for Recruitment, Constract Staffing, Outsourcing and Consulting business is sekking proven engineers for Sr. Engineer/TL level roles:
Responsibilities
- Ability to conducxt SRS gathering sessions and capture busienss process
- Proven abiity to write world class SRS and documentation
- Technical capabilities to understand software product configuration, testing, UAT, Data Migratioon and go live process. (From configuration to production life cycle)
- Ex ellent business process understanding capabilities to understand requirements and translate the same into SRS specs for development teams
- Excellent time and project managemement skills
- Very highly available for customer even during out of office hours, being a critical customer contact
Qualifications
- Any engineering or Masters with excellent exposure to softwre industry
- 4 to 8 years of proven experience in the mentioned roles and responsibilities
- Ability to travel extensively across India and abroad with excellent comm skils and customer engagement process indepenently
- Available fo rfull time office based job (no work from home option)
