e:We are looking for an Interior Designer who would be responsible for ensuring effective and smooth functioning of all projects right from planning to executio

n.Key Responsibilitie

• s:Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client need
• s.Meets with clients to program the project requirement
• s.Making BOQ
• ’sExperience in design and build project
• s.Taking accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevation
• s.Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixture
• s.Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budge
• t.Create ‘mood boards’ to sample your design visio
• n.Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address client request
• s.Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activitie
• s.Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history to produce project
• s.Provides follow-up support with client
• s.Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with client

Requirements and skil**

• ls:Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipli
• ne.Experience in commercial, hospitality, residential Interior projects with portfol
• io.8-10 years’ relevant interior design experie
• nceProject management experien
• ce.Highly creative, imaginative and artist
• ic.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vis
• ionIn-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finish
• es.Proficiency in AutoCAD, photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max , Revit or similar design software and MS offi
• ce.Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planni
