Technical Analyst (AI-Driven / Prompt Engineering Focus)

Role & responsibilities

• Gather and structure business requirements and convert them into AI-assisted solution workflows.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate requirements, solution options, and documentation.
• Build rapid prototypes using tools such as Copilot, Claude, and Lovable.ai.
• Create high-quality technical documentation including JIRA tickets, workflows, and API specs.
• Drive execution across product, engineering, and QA teams.
• Support testing, UAT, and go-live with structured validation approaches.
• Continuously improve workflows using AI and automation.

Core Skills

• Prompt Engineering: Ability to design structured prompts and refine outputs using tools like Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build quick working solutions using AI-assisted and no-code tools.
• Analytical Thinking: Break down complex problems into logical, structured components.
• Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and workflows.
• Documentation & Communication: Create clear and structured documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a high-potential Technical Analyst (13 years experience) who thrives at the intersection of business problem-solving, AI-assisted development, and rapid prototyping.

This is not a traditional analyst role you will leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to accelerate solutioning and deliver outcomes from Day 1.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and coding (Python / SQL / JS).
