Full Stack Engineer (AI & INTEGRATIONS FOCUS)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust web applications and data pipelines. In this role, you will bridge the gap between core application logic, sophisticated CRM ecosystems, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing complex integration workflows, processing secure healthcare data, and leveraging modern agentic development workflows to maximize engineering velocity. You will have a direct impact on architecture, security compliance, and automation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development: Build, optimize, and maintain responsive user interfaces and scalable backend services using React, Node.js, and Python.

CRM & Pipeline Automation: Architect, implement, and maintain deep integrations with HubSpot, ensuring seamless bidirectional data flow between internal systems and the CRM.

Event-Driven Architecture: Design and manage robust webhook architectures, API gateways, and thirdparty integrations to support real-time data processing and synchronization.

AI-Augmented Engineering: Actively utilize and integrate agentic programming tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex) to accelerate development lifecycles, automate code generation, and optimize workflows.

Data Security & Compliance: Architect systems that strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the absolute security of Protected Health Information (PHI) through proper encryption, audit logging, and access controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Frontend Advanced proficiency in React, including state management, hooks, and modern build tools. Backend Extensive experience building scalable microservices and APIs using Python and Node.js.

Integrations & Webhooks: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, event-driven architecture, and handling asynchronous data streams reliably at scale.

CRM Ecosystems: Hands-on experience developing custom applications, workflows, and data mappings specifically within HubSpot

Agentic Tooling: Professional experience or high proficiency using agentic programming environments (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to write, debug, and refactor code efficiently

HIPAA Expertise: Practical knowledge of HIPAA compliance frameworks, including data-at-rest/data-intransit encryption, secure cloud architecture, and strict identity and access management (IAM)
