About Client:
A FTSE 250 global fintech company headquartered in London with a presence in 18
countries and five continents. Their award-winning products and platforms empower go-
getters around the world giving them access to over 19,000 financial markets.
Mode of working: Hybrid(2-3 from Bengaluru office)
What you will need for the role:
- Java & Spring/Spring Boot: 7+ years of extensive experience in building and deploying back-end services.
- 7+ years of experience as a fullstack engineer.
- Extensive experience with React.js
- Proven track record of leading successful development projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity, problem-solving, development velocity, and technical decision-making.
- Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development), Pair Programming and Extreme Programming
