Motion Graphics - Junior Designer

About the Role

Cloudstreet is seeking a Motion Graphics - Junior Designer to join our team immediately. In this role, you will contribute to the concept and design development of a wide range of projects, including:

• Environmental graphics
• Digital signage
• Advertising campaigns
• Digital and motion-based media

You will collaborate closely with the Design Director and Creative Director, as well as interdisciplinary teams, to deliver innovative and cohesive design solutions.

This position is ideal for a design school graduate with 3+ years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of design strategies and creative concepts
• Conduct design and visual research
• Generate and communicate ideas through sketches, storyboards, illustrations, renderings, motion studies, and photo comps
• Create compelling presentation decks and confidently present work to clients
• Develop and document final designs, including production-ready artwork and motion assets
• Integrate animation and interactive elements into design solutions where appropriate
• Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, workflow efficiency, and production quality
• Collaborate with clients to define project goals, solutions, and technical requirements
• Oversee vendor prototyping, production, and implementation

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, composition)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (required)
• Experience with motion design / animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
• Ability to collaborate with architectural and interior design teams to create integrated experiences
• Ability to work with creative directors and copywriters on advertising campaigns
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion
