Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

After 12 remarkable years supporting our CEO and founder, our exceptional Executive Assistant has taken an exciting new role within the company, and we are now looking for someone equally extraordinary to take the reins.

The CEO and founder of this thriving, privately held business is welcoming a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted, indispensable partner. This role is based out of a newly built, beautifully appointed family office, managing business interests outside of the operating company. You will step into a team of three assistants who are already in place and are ready to be led, mentored, and developed.

The ideal candidate brings significant experience supporting a CEO, has earned trust at the highest level, has led teams with intention, communicates with precision and polish, and carries the kind of quiet, unshakeable organization that makes everything around them run better. Responsibilities:

• Manage a complex and dynamic executive calendar, ensuring optimal prioritization and alignment with business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three administrative professionals; drive performance, accountability, and career development
• Significant travel
• Meeting preparation

Qualifications:

• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree/MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Astute communication skills; oral and written
• A demonstrated history of long-term, dedicated support to a CEO or senior executive

Schedule:

• Standard business hours with flexibility
• In office five days a week

Compensation:

• Base salary: $175,000 – $225,000, plus bonus
• Generous benefits and PTO
