Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong expertise in C++ backend development and Qt-based UI development. The role involves building high-performance applications for advanced imaging and inspection systems used in healthcare and industrial environments. The focus is on developing scalable, efficient, and reliable desktop applications supporting imaging, analysis, and data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance C++ applications using standard build tools and Visual Studio
• Develop and maintain rich UI applications using Qt framework
• Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases for data storage and retrieval
• Collaborate across teams to deliver features through the full Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
• Implement modular, scalable, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• Integrate backend logic with UI and database layers
• Work with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools for backlog tracking, CI/CD, and version control
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g.,Windsurf, Cursor) to improve productivity
• Contribute to modern engineering practices including automation, testing, and DevOps

Technical Skills (Required)

• Strong programming experience in C++ (modern C++ standards preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Qt (UI/Frontend development)
• Experience building applications using Visual Studio and standard build tools (CMake, MSBuild, etc.)
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL or MySQL databases
• Understanding of multi-threaded programming and performance optimization
• Experience with source control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools
• Exposure to AI-powered developer tools (e.g.Windsurf, Cursor)
• Understanding of modern AI concepts (Agents, MCPs) in software development context
