Generative AI Developer

Job Summary:
- We are looking for a talented and innovative Generative AI Developer to join our team and build next-generation AI solutions. - In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying generative AI applications and models, with a strong emphasis on using native AWS services. - You will work on cutting-edge technologies to solve complex business problems, creating intelligent systems that can generate content, build predictive models, and automate workflows.

**Key Responsibilities :** - Design and develop applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. - Build and deploy Generative AI models on AWS using services like SageMaker, Bedrock, and other AI/ML services. - Fine-tune and customize pre-trained LLMs for specific business use cases (e.g., question answering, summarization, content generation). - Develop and manage data pipelines for training and fine-tuning AI models. - Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and deliver impactful solutions. - Implement robust validation and testing frameworks to ensure model accuracy and reliability. - Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the Generative AI field.   
 
**Required Qualifications:** - Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on generative models. - Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). - Deep understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, LLAMA, BERT). - Proven experience with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, S3). - Experience with MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.   
 
**Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications. - Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate). - Strong publication record in the AI field. - Knowledge of data privacy and ethical AI principles.
