About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Application Developer who turns business problems into working AI-powered solutions. This is not a traditional software role where requirements are handed over and code is written. We want someone who knows how to leverage modern AI models, agent frameworks, APIs, automation platforms, and custom development to solve real-world business challenges — someone who thinks in outcomes rather than code, prototypes fast, and combines AI, automation, and engineering into practical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered applications, internal tools, and platforms end to end.
• Develop AI agents and workflows using LLMs, APIs, vector databases, and automation frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production-grade AI solutions.
• Build integrations between AI systems and third-party platforms.
• Ship both rapid proof-of-concepts and production-ready applications.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and pick the best fit for each business use case.
• Partner with stakeholders to spot opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency.
• Debug, optimise, and continuously improve solutions based on real-world usage.

Required Skills

• Strong software development experience in Python.
• Hands-on with LLMs — OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models.
• Experience building AI applications, not only consuming AI tools.
• Comfortable with APIs, REST services, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Solid grasp of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic workflows.
• Modern AI frameworks — LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Deploying AI applications to cloud platforms.
• MCP servers and AI tool-integration patterns.
• Workflow automation platforms — n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
• Building internal business tools and automations.
• Front-end development (React, Next.js, or similar).
• Databases, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations.

You’ll be successful if you can understand a business problem quickly, identify where AI can genuinely add value, build practical solutions that people actually use, deliver working outcomes rapidly, and continuously improve based on feedback and usage.
