Gen AI/ML Engineering Lead/Architect

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Gen AI/ML Engineering Leader/Architect to drive our next generation of AI-powered products. - This senior role sits at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and leadership. - You will be responsible for setting the technical strategy for our AI platform, architecting cutting-edge solutions, and building a world-class engineering team. - You will guide the development of scalable, reliable, and responsible AI systems that deliver significant business value.

**Key Responsibilities:** - - Define and lead the technical vision and strategy for Generative AI and Machine Learning engineering. - - Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI/ML platforms and services. - - Lead a high-performing team of ML engineers, software engineers, and AI specialists. - - Drive the development and deployment of AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), into production. - - Evaluate and implement best-in-class AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG, Ray). - - Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI. - - Collaborate with product and business leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.   
 
**Required Qualifications:** - - Master's or Ph.D. - in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - - 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership and 3+ years in AI/ML. - - Deep expertise in Generative AI and machine learning, including LLMs, RAG, and agents. - - Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services. - - Proven track record of leading and scaling AI/ML teams and building production-ready AI platforms. - - Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).   
 
**Preferred Qualifications:** - - Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and developing custom AI models. - - Experience in a specific industry (e.g., FinTech, HealthTech, E-commerce). - - A strong publication record or portfolio of AI projects is a plus.
