Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in software testing and a strong background in the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have experience testing AI/ML-enabled applications, APIs, and enterprise banking solutions while ensuring high-quality software delivery through manual and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for banking applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and API testing.
• Validate AI/ML-based features, model outputs, and business workflows.
• Test banking applications related to payments, lending, digital banking, fraud detection, KYC, AML, or financial transactions.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand business requirements.
• Perform database validation using SQL.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure software quality meets business and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Manual and/or Automation Testing.
• Banking/BFSI domain experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
• Experience with API Testing using Postman or Swagger.
• Strong SQL knowledge for backend validation.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Python programming knowledge.
• Experience testing AI/ML applications or data-driven platforms.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and model validation.
• CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Banking Domain Experience (Mandatory)

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:

Educational Qualification

• ISTQB Foundation/Advanced
• AI/ML or Automation Testing certifications (preferred)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
