Job Description
- Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise proxy solutions (e.g., Blue Coat, Zscaler, Websense, FortiProxy, etc.).
- Monitor proxy traffic, generate reports, and fine-tune policies based on security and performance requirements.
- Work closely with InfoSec, network, and system teams to implement secure web access policies.
- Conduct regular health checks, upgrades, and patching of proxy appliances/software.
- Manage integration with Active Directory, SIEM, and firewall systems.
- Create and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and SOPs.
- Support incident response and participate in security audits related to web access.
