Revenue & Business Development Virtual Assistant

Zees Lettings is a growing UK serviced accommodation company looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to help maximise revenue, improve operations, and secure corporate bookings.

This is NOT a general admin role. We are looking for someone with proven experience using PriceLabs and Uplisting, who understands how to increase occupancy, optimise pricing, and identify new revenue opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage dynamic pricing using PriceLabs
• Optimise occupancy, ADR and overall revenue
• Manage properties using Uplisting
• Optimise Airbnb and Booking.com listings
• Monitor competitor pricing and booking trends
• Identify opportunities to increase bookings and revenue
• Research and contact companies requiring accommodation for staff, contractors and business travellers
• Build relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat bookings
• Maintain outreach records and follow up with leads
• Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience using PriceLabs
• Proven experience using Uplisting
• Experience managing Airbnb and Booking.com listings
• Experience increasing occupancy and revenue
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and proactively

Hours & Pay

• 15 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• £7 per hour (depending on experience)
