Job Description
Location: Remote
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Avature experience.
- Strong expertise in Avature ATS, CRM, Talent Management, and Onboarding modules.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven recruitment and talent management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Avature configuration, workflows, forms, portals, dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, web services, integrations, and data migration.
- Experience integrating Avature with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Understanding Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and recruitment automation frameworks.
- Strong SQL, reporting, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and support Avature solutions across ATS, CRM, and Talent Management.
- Design and implement AI-enabled recruitment workflows and automation.
- Gather business requirements and deliver scalable Avature solutions.
- Develop integrations with enterprise HR and third-party systems.
- Provide production support, enhancements, and platform optimization.
