Bilingual (Spanish/English) Personal Injury Case Assistant – Entry Level (Will Train)

Borhani Law Group is looking for a motivated, reliable, and fluent Spanish-speaking individual to join our growing Personal Injury department.

This is an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and wants to build a long-term career in the legal field. No legal experience is required, we will train the right candidate from the very beginning.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with opening and managing personal injury cases
• Request medical records and billing
• Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers
• Maintain organized case files
• Perform general administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to learn and grow professionally
