Compensation: $180,000 – $250,000 (Base) + Performance Bonus

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision, architecture, and execution of our rapidly growing Enterprise SaaS platform serving global customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a technology executive who enjoys building products as much as leading teams. You’ll define the technology strategy while remaining actively involved in software architecture, coding, AI innovation, and customer-driven product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s technology vision, roadmap, and long-term architecture strategy.
• Lead the design, development, and scaling of a secure, high-performance, multi-tenant SaaS platform.
• Remain hands-on by contributing to architecture, code reviews, and development of critical platform components.
• Design and implement AI-powered features, automation, and intelligent workflows across the platform.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class engineering organization while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Engage directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive cloud architecture, infrastructure optimization, security, reliability, and system performance (Azure preferred).
• Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and quality standards.
• Ensure platform scalability, availability, compliance, and operational excellence across global deployments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance the company’s products through AI and modern engineering practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 10+ years of experience designing, building, and scaling Enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Microsoft .NET technologies, including ASP.NET and .NET Core/.NET.
• Strong experience designing scalable, distributed, multi-tenant enterprise applications.
• Proven experience with AI/ML technologies, including developing and deploying production-ready AI solutions.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred) or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Expertise with SQL Server, MySQL, database design, and performance optimization.
• Experience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and release management.
• Strong understanding of application security, scalability, performance tuning, and system reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Enterprise SaaS, Hospitality Technology, or related B2B software industries.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams.
• Background in high-growth or venture-backed technology companies.
