Executive Assistant - Real Estate Company - $120k
Thriving mission driven real estate firm is looking for a professional and polished EA to support their close-knit and dynamic team.
This position will support three busy executives with the below:
- Scheduling heavy meetings and calls
- Managing a high volume of correspondence/requests
- Arranging travel and preparing itineraries
- Preparing presentation/meeting materials
- Supporting event planning
- Handling closing procedures (collecting/finalizing signatures)
The scope of the position will expand over time – this company loves to give EAs projects and have them learn about the business.
Team is looking to interview career EAs who have 5+ years of EA experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment, and who love giving back. Candidates must be tech savvy, proactive, and discreet.
The ideal candidate will be a notary public (if not, the company will handle the training/certification process). Notarizing documents will be a core component of the position.

Role offers a hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office/1 day remote. A competitive base salary in the $110k-$120k range will be offered.
