Hours: 30-35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with weekend availability

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Office experience is preferred, and one year of customer service experience is required. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with customers, assisting with insurance policies, document filing, multi-line phone usage, and email correspondence.
