Job Description
AG FinTax is looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer to lead AI implementation across Tax, Accounting, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Business Operations.

Responsibilities
✔️ 3+ years of Python development experience
✔️ Strong experience with Agentic AI & AI Agents
✔️ Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama)
✔️ Expertise in Prompt Engineering & AI Workflow Design
✔️ LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks
✔️ RAG, MCP & AI Tool Calling
✔️ FastAPI/Django, REST APIs & Webhooks
✔️ PostgreSQL/MySQL & Vector Databases
✔️ Docker, Git & AWS
✔️ n8n, Make.com or workflow automation tools
✔️ AI-assisted (“vibe”) coding using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf or similar tools
✔️ Strong understanding of business processes and automation
