Senior Flutter Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and ship production-grade Flutter applications for iOS and Android
• Define and enforce mobile development standards, patterns, and best practices
• Lead technical decisions on app architecture (Clean Architecture, BLoC, MVVM)
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs
• Optimize app performance: rendering, memory usage, startup time, and battery efficiency
• Implement complex UI animations, custom widgets, and responsive layouts
• Manage app releases via Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code quality
• Mentor junior and mid-level Flutter developers on the team
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of mobile development experience (iOS/Android or cross-platform)
• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development in production apps
• Expert-level proficiency in Dart programming language
• Strong experience with state management: BLoC/Cubit, Provider, or Riverpod
• Solid understanding of Flutter rendering engine, widget tree, and lifecycle
• Experience with RESTful API integration and local data persistence (Hive, Isar, SQLite)
• Proficiency with Firebase suite: Auth, Firestore, FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics
• Understanding of native platform integrations using Platform Channels
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile: Fastlane, Codemagic, Bitrise
• Knowledge of app store submission guidelines and review processes

Nice to Have

• Experience with Flutter Web or Flutter Desktop
• Knowledge of Kotlin/Swift for native module development
• Familiarity with GraphQL clients (Ferry, Artemis)
• Prior experience in a product startup or high-growth environment
• Published apps on Play Store or App Store with significant user base
