Role Description The Motion Graphics (Video Editing) Internship is a remote position focused on supporting the creation of engaging visual content for digital platforms. Interns will assist in editing video footage, designing motion graphics, and preparing visual assets that align with branding and project guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, applying transitions and effects, performing basic color adjustments, and collaborating with designers and developers to ensure visual consistency across media. The intern will also help optimize video content for different formats, platforms, and audiences, while adhering to timelines and feedback. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real client projects.

Qualifications

• Foundational skills in Video Production and an understanding of visual storytelling techniques.
• Ability to perform Video Colour Grading and colour correction to maintain consistent visual tone.
• Experience or strong interest in Motion Graphics including creating animated text, kinetic typography, icons, and graphic elements.
• Basic Graphics skills for preparing and adapting visual assets used in video projects.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software).
• Attention to detail, ability to follow creative briefs, and openness to constructive feedback.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Portfolio or samples showcasing video editing and motion graphics work (academic, personal, or freelance projects).
• Proficiency in Video Editing, including cutting, sequencing, and applying transitions and basic effects.
