Job Description*
We are hiring an experienced AI / ML & Emerging Tech Trainer to build AI and technology capability for Welspun GCC — across both our BPS teams (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations) and our IT / Tech teams — and to scale AI skilling across the wider Welspun Group through a central Learning Shared Service model.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who can teach, design, and drive programs end-to-end, and who can adjust depth for different audiences — practical AI and automation for business teams, and deeper technical AI/ML for engineering teams. Based in Hyderabad.
Principal Accountabilities*
• Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across GCC BPS and IT/Tech teams to find AI and digital skill gaps.
• Build AI and tech capability for Welspun GCC:
o For BPS / business teams — applied AI, automation, and productivity (Copilot, process agents, Power tools).
o For IT / Tech teams — deeper technical AI/ML, AI for developers, building agents and RAG-based solutions.
• Design learning programs that drive digital transformation and AI adoption at scale.
• Deliver high-impact training in AI, Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG models, LLMs, and emerging technologies — adjusting the depth to the audience.
• Where a topic is outside your direct expertise, identify the right external training partner, evaluate them, and manage the program end-to-end (scope, quality, timelines, outcomes).
• Run a Learning Shared Service model that delivers AI skilling consistently across all Welspun Group business units.
• Track learning outcomes, adoption, and business impact — and report them to leadership.
