We are currently looking for a Middle Technical Support Specialist to act as the vital technical bridge between our customers and our product/engineering teams.

💼 What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality technical support for the WorkTime platform (via email and chat).

Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to web application behavior, system configurations, integrations, and APIs.

Analyze logs, error messages, and system data to identify root causes.

Reproduce bugs and prepare clear, structured technical reports for the development team.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams during incident resolution.

Assist clients with technical onboarding and advanced configuration challenges.

🛠 What We Are Looking For:

2+ years of experience in Technical Support / Product Support / L2–L3 Support within a SaaS environment.

Strong understanding of how web-based systems work.

Hands-on experience with REST APIs (requests, responses, authentication).

Solid skills in log and error analysis.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for troubleshooting) and core database concepts (queries, relations).

Ability to clearly explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

English level: B1 or higher (written proficiency is a must).

Experience with B2B SaaS products, monitoring/analytics, or productivity tools.

Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy, or security best practices.
