Project Manager and Estimator

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Manager/Construction Estimating, specializing in the Insurance Restoration area. As a Restoration Construction Estimator you will prepare estimates and manage the reconstruction of buildings damaged by Wind, Water, Fire, and other causes.

Our excellent reputation in the insurance and construction fields has been built by providing outstanding customer service and top quality repairs for our clients in the greater Indianapolis and Central Indiana areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Previous experience of 3-5 years in the Restoration area

· College degree preferred

· Ability to write estimates using Xactimate and/or Symbility software.

· Strong organizational skills are essential in order to manage jobs independently

· Ability to manage and direct both staff and sub-contractors

· Customer service driven with strong communication skills

· Knowledge and understanding of Safety laws and requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
