Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and project meetings as needed.
• Track project costs and prepare regular status reports.
• Manage project resources and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $61,666.19 - $74,264.66 per year
