We are building a next-generation AI-powered technology platform operating at the intersection of marketplaces, automation and operational intelligence.

Our mission is to transform a large and fragmented industry through exceptional technology, design and user experience.

This is not a traditional corporate design role.

We are looking for a Founding Product Designer who wants to help shape a company from the ground up and take ownership of the entire design ecosystem - from product design and user experience to branding, marketing creatives and design systems.

You will work directly with the Founder and Engineering Team to create a category-defining product experience from day one.

Your Mission

As our Founding Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and evolving the complete visual and product experience across all user touchpoints.

You will be responsible for translating complex workflows into elegant, intuitive and scalable product experiences.

User Experience Design

Create:

• User Flows
• Information Architecture
• Wireframes
• Interactive Prototypes
• User Journeys
• Conversion-Focused Experiences

You should be obsessed with simplicity, usability and creating delightful experiences.

Design Systems

Build and maintain:

• Design System
• Component Library
• Typography Framework
• Iconography System
• Layout Standards
• Design Documentation

You will establish the foundation that enables future product scalability and consistency.

Brand Design

Own and evolve:

• Visual Identity
• Brand Guidelines
• Presentation Templates
• Corporate Assets
• Marketing Design Standards

You will play a key role in shaping the visual language of the company.

Marketing & Creative Design

Create high-quality assets for:

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design or Digital Design
• Experience designing SaaS platforms, marketplaces or consumer-facing applications
• Experience working in startups or high-growth environments
• Experience designing operational dashboards and admin panels
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both product and visual design excellence
• Motion Design experience (Lottie, Rive, After Effects or similar) is a plus
• Understanding of AI-powered products and user experiences is highly desirable
