Job Description
Company Description Evolute LifeOS™ is a human-first Life Operating System that integrates life, work, money, identity, and daily flow into one adaptive platform. Rather than being just another AI app, the company is focused on reducing chaos and restoring clarity so people can evolve intentionally. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Executive Assistant will provide proactive day-to-day support to senior leadership, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and external communications. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and meeting materials, as well as tracking action items and follow-ups. The role involves processing and reconciling expense reports, booking travel and accommodations, and supporting logistics for events, offsites, and stakeholder meetings. The Executive Assistant will also handle general administrative tasks, maintain organized digital filing systems, and act as a trusted partner to help leadership stay focused on strategic priorities.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, project management or task-tracking tools).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, and collaborate effectively with a small, cross-functional team.
