Senior Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and polished Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the executive team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities efficiently and handle confidential information with discretion.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and a strong background in executive support within a fast-paced environment. Strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and agenda preparation
- Track follow-up items and assist with project coordination
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in an executive support role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence and sound judgment
