Executive Assistant to Founder (Full-Time)

About the role
I’m a content creator and founder of one of the UK’s fastest-growing reselling education and e-commerce businesses (300k+ following across platforms, a 7,000+ member community). I’m looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to run my day-to-day, keep everything moving, and be a trusted right hand across a portfolio of brands and projects.

This is a high-tempo role. You’ll manage my time, comms and admin, coordinate a remote team of developers, contractors and closers, and keep shoots, calls and launches on track. Because the business lives on content, you’ll also appear on camera during shoots, so you need to be genuinely comfortable and natural in front of one.

What you’ll do

• Own the inbox and calendar: triage, prioritise, schedule, protect my time
• Coordinate shoots, meetings, consultation calls and content days end to end
• Liaise with the wider team (developers, contractors, setters, closers, partners) and chase things to done
• Handle travel, bookings and logistics, including brand trips and collaborations
• Prepare documents, decks and admin, and keep systems and trackers tidy
• Be on camera during shoots when needed (behind the scenes, team content, day in the life)
• Act as a discreet point of contact for sensitive business matters
• Spot what needs doing before being asked and just handle it

Who you are

• Experienced EA, ideally supporting a founder, exec or high-profile individual
• Genuinely comfortable and confident on camera
• Ruthlessly organised, fast and reliable under pressure
• Excellent written communication and sharp attention to detail
• Tech-confident and quick on new tools (we run Shopify, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Calendly, Notion and more)
• Discreet, trustworthy and switched on
• Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t need chasing
• Comfortable with a schedule that occasionally flexes around shoots, launches and travel

Nice to have

• Background supporting content creators, founders, or in luxury hospitality
• Interest in e-commerce, reselling, fashion or the creator space
• Experience with social, content workflows or basic editing

The details

• Job type: Full-time
• Location: UK based, remote with regular in-person shoot days
• Pay: £25,000 to £50,000 per year
• Reports directly to the founder
