Executive Assistant - Floater

Staffmark Group is currently looking for a bright, energetic and friendly Executive Assistant to support a busy and highly successful Executive office within one of the most prestigious global financial services firms. The ideal candidate should possess at least three years of executive administrative support experience from a corporate environment.

This position i s a 6-month contra ct working onsite at our client are responsible for general office support, including but not limited to

• Managing travel & expenses, including making travel arrangements and processing expenses for team members
• Providing general administrative services, such as maintaining calendars and schedules, and answering phones

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Zoom
• Experience with Concur or similar is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a professional corporate environment - Background in financial services, consulting, or a related industry is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Polished communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Business professional environment and attire
• Possess critical thinking skills and good judgment
