- Collaborate with the London‑based PA and wider support team to keep communication flowing across locations.
Personal & Family Support
- Support the CEO and family with personal logistics - appointments, reservations, events, gifting, travel and day‑to‑day admin.
- Build trusted relationships with family contacts and service providers in both the UK and US, handling every detail with discretion.
- Anticipate personal needs with the same foresight you bring to business priorities.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong experience supporting a founder, CEO or similarly high‑demand principal in the media or entertainment sectors.
- Comfortable working within a wider “Office of the CEO” setup and partnering closely with a Head of Office / Chief of Staff.
What’s On Offer

- A high‑trust, direct working relationship with the founder.
- Circa $140,000 + benefits .
