Job Description
🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Systems & Network Hardware Engineer
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field. CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, and operating systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems (NVR/DVR).
- Manage printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Perform LAN cabling, rack management, and structured network infrastructure setup.
- Maintain IT assets, warranties, and coordinate with vendors.
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end users across locations.

- Network Devices (Switches, Routers & Firewalls)
- CCTV Installation & Troubleshooting

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience supporting multi-location IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of structured cabling and network rack setup.
