AI Architect Microsoft Copilot Studio

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong architecture experience, expertise in Generative AI, and a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions integrated with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture, roadmap, and governance standards.
• Lead discovery workshops and AI use-case assessments with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure AI solutions.
• Design Conversational AI, Copilot, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Architect multi-agent systems using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
• Define agent orchestration patterns, conversation flows, and autonomous workflows.
• Establish Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approval mechanisms and governance controls.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and grounding strategies.
• Define enterprise knowledge management and retrieval patterns.
• Architect integrations with Salesforce, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ServiceNow, SAP, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems.
• Design secure AI solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and enterprise security standards.
• Establish Responsible AI controls, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and review solution designs.
• Support deployment, monitoring, optimization, and scaling of AI solutions in production.
