The company has recently completed their Series A. With strong customer growth and increasing product adoption, they’re now looking to hire Senior Software Engineers to help scale the core platform powering the next phase of growth

This is an opportunity to join a high-calibre engineering team where you’ll work directly on AI-powered systems, solve complex scaling challenges and play a key role in shaping the future architecture of the platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

➡️ Designing and building highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems on AWS

➡️ Developing AI-powered workflows that automate and optimise clinical data processing

➡️ Architecting backend services that can support rapid customer and data growth

➡️ Partnering closely with Product to translate complex business requirements into elegant

technical solutions

➡️ Driving improvements around performance, reliability, scalability and system design

➡️ Mentoring engineers through code reviews, technical guidance and architectural leadership

➡️ Helping shape engineering best practices as the company continues to scale

What They’re Looking For

✔ 6+ years of software engineering experience

✔ Strong experience building production systems with Python

✔ Experience working with TypeScript

✔ Deep knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud architecture

✔ Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability and system design

✔ Experience working within high-growth B2B SaaS startups

✔ Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

✔ Proven track record solving complex technical challenges

✔ Experience mentoring or supporting more junior engineers
