We are seeking an experienced AI Manager to lead our Artificial Intelligence initiatives across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, R&D, commercial, and corporate functions.

Position Summary

The AI Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, and scaling Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Data Analytics solutions across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external technology partners to enhance productivity, decision-making, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and execute the organization’s AI and Digital Transformation roadmap.
• Identify AI use cases across Manufacturing, QA, QC, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Sales.
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions to improve business outcomes.
• Drive Generative AI adoption across departments for productivity enhancement.

Data Analytics & Machine Learning

• Design and deploy Machine Learning models for predictive analytics.
• Implement predictive maintenance solutions for engineering and manufacturing equipment.
• Develop demand forecasting and inventory optimization models.
• Build data visualization dashboards and business intelligence reports.

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Quality Applications

• Utilize AI for process optimization and yield improvement.
• Support Quality Management Systems through AI-based trend analysis.
• Develop AI solutions for deviation management, CAPA tracking, and root cause analysis.
• Enable AI-driven document review and compliance monitoring.

Generative AI & Automation

• Deploy AI tools for SOP creation, document summarization, and knowledge management.
• Automate repetitive business processes using AI and RPA technologies.
• Support AI-driven customer engagement and commercial analytics initiatives.

Governance & Compliance

• Establish AI governance frameworks and data security protocols.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, USFDA, EMA, WHO-GMP, and data privacy requirements.
• Monitor AI model performance, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with department heads to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Manage external AI vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
• Conduct AI awareness and capability-building programs across the organization.

Team Leadership

• Build and mentor a high-performing AI and Analytics team.
• Establish best practices for AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
