Senior AI Solutions Engineer, Enterprise Knowledge Work

For our client, we are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer Enterprise Knowledge Work to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $260,000 – $400,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for qualified EKW opportunities
• Translate research goals into the company deliverables with clear architectural mapping
• Build prototypes and demos to showcase capability before contract signing
• Own the entire POC process from kickoff to conversion into a production deal
• Act as a liaison between GTM and R&D teams to filter and channel enterprise workflow requests
• Document and codify processes to create a scalable knowledge base for future hires

Qualifications

• 5+ years in applied AI, data engineering, or ML engineering with a focus on agentic systems or enterprise LLM applications
• Strong Python skills and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or LlamaIndex
• Experience designing evaluations for complex, multi-step reasoning systems
• Familiarity with enterprise workflows in sectors like financial services or life sciences
• Proficient written communication skills to create scoping documents that meet high standards
• Strong commercial instincts with a willingness to engage in customer interactions
