Creative Video Producer (AI & Digital Media)

As video, AI, and digital content continue to evolve, we’re looking for a creative team member who is excited to help us explore new ways to tell stories, create advertising, and connect with customers.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both traditional video editing and emerging AI-powered creative tools.
You will help develop video advertisements, social media content, marketing campaigns, and creative concepts for our brands. Some projects may involve editing real-world video footage, while others may involve creating AI-generated scenes, voiceovers, animations, or entirely new concepts from scratch.
For example, you might help bring a campaign idea like our “That A Hanks?” series to life by developing storyboards, generating AI scenes, editing footage, creating voiceovers, and assembling finished advertisements.
No two days will be exactly the same.

Duties:

• Create and edit video content for advertising, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards
• Blend traditional video footage with AI-generated content
• Produce short-form and long-form video assets
• Work with marketing leadership to bring campaign ideas to life
• Experiment with new AI tools and creative technologies
• Edit audio, video, graphics, and motion assets into polished finished content
• Stay current with emerging trends in video, advertising, and AI-powered content creation

Requirements:

Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• CapCut
• Photoshop
• Runway
• Veo
• Kling
• Midjourney
• ChatGPT
• ElevenLabs
• Other emerging AI creative platforms
• More important than specific experience is the ability to learn, create, and figure things out.

Experience:

Experience with video editing, content creation, AI tools, photography, graphic design, or digital marketing is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. What matters most is your attitude, creativity, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
