In this highly strategic role, you will serve as the core link between enterprise operations and research engineering, designing the data architectures and evaluation frameworks that train foundational models to solve complex, real-world business challenges.

What You’ll Do:

• Ops-to-Research Translation: Partner deeply with domain experts and enterprise operations teams to systematically break down complex workflows into precise algorithmic principles.
• ML-Oriented Data Design: Architect and engineer high-quality training datasets, evaluation tasks, and taxonomy systems that teach AI models how to execute enterprise-level reasoning.
• Research Signal Judgment: Evaluate model outputs with extreme analytical rigor, identifying high-leverage research signals, failure modes, and optimization vectors.
• Framework Development: Build scalable, automated evaluation and benchmarking systems to continuously measure model capability, alignment, and deployment readiness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Data Architecture Pedigree: Elite experience in machine learning data design, curation, or data annotation engineering for large language models (LLMs).
• Translation Engineering: A proven track record of translating messy, unstructured operational data and workflows into structured, high-signal ML inputs.
• Technical Rigor: Deep analytical reasoning skills with the ability to judge subtle nuances in complex research outputs and establish tight feedback loops.
• Dynamic Collaboration: Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, comfortable moving fluidly between high-level research scientists and tactical enterprise operations teams.
