Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design engaging web and mobile applications that enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI components.
• Analyze user feedback and data to improve user experiences.
• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work closely with developers and product teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience designing SaaS, mobile, or enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Experience with Design Systems and Agile methodologies.

Pay: $88,020.05 - $106,002.65 per year
