Position Overview :

Boeing India Engineering is currently looking for Lead Software Engineer - FSD to join their team in Bangalore, India. These positions will focus on supporting the Software Utilities organization.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Architect to implement technical solution helping to enable the business unit to meet their organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities :

• Responsible for UI and Java/Spring backend development of Cloud based Software Application.
• Decompose Tier 3 System requirements into Tier 4 Software requirements for the identified system features. Develop automated Test scenarios to test Tier 4 Software requirements.
• Lead and Develop High level Design. Develop Detailed Design from High level design
• Lead and Develop UI as per detailed design and perform unit testing
• Lead and Establish traceability from Tier 3 requirements to SW code and Test.
• Perform peer review on System and Software Requirements, Design, Code and Test.
• Support SRR (Systems Requirements Review), PDR (Preliminary Design Reviews) and CDR (Critical Design Reviews).
• Support project management by providing periodic status and required metrics data.
• Be a good team player in the Agile team. Candidate should possess excellent communications skills to participate in design and code reviews, have a thorough understanding of version control and software quality attributes, such as testability, portability and maintainability, and enjoy a self-driven and collaborative development approach.
• Be dynamic and support management and lead ensure successful product deliveries.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate the Risk, issues and Opportunities on a timely manner.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors Degree
• Proven experience with Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Strong expertise in Java (core and advanced), service-oriented architecture (SOA), Spring / Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Deep knowledge of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
