Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer 3 with strong expertise in Web and Mobile Manual Testing, API Testing, test case design, and defect management. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SDLC/STLC and basic exposure to automation testing concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Design, create, and execute test cases, scenarios, and test data.
- Conduct functional, regression, sanity, and smoke testing.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Perform API testing using Postman and validate request/response parameters.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC/STLC processes.
- Participate in release testing and provide quality sign-off.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Web and Mobile Manual Testing.
- Good understanding of software testing fundamentals.
- Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect reporting.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Hands-on API Testing using Postman.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of Java.
- Exposure to Selenium and TestNG.
- Familiarity with Charles Proxy or similar network inspection tools.
- Understanding of automation testing concepts.
