Food Warehouse Fresh handles the food delivery logistics that keep the Philippines moving. We manage the backend operations so fresh food reaches its destination on time. We are a direct employer, not a hiring agency.

The Role

We need an organized Customer Service Assistant for 10 hours a week. This is a fully remote role. You will support our customers and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions about delivery tracking and logistics.

  • Complete daily data entry and light administrative tasks.

  • Resolve delivery issues with a helpful attitude.

  • Pay: 150 PHP per hour.

  • Flexibility: 100% remote work.
