Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of

experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The candidate will work

across both frontend and backend technologies and collaborate with product, design, QA, and

DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications.

● Design, develop, and maintain frontend components using modern JavaScript

frameworks.

● Build, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic.

● Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models.

● Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication systems, and other

external services.

● Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code.

● Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of applications.

● Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, technical discussions, and requirement

analysis.

● Identify and resolve application bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.

● Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and support production releases.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical

solutions.

● Ensure code quality, application security, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills and Experience

● Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development.

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

● Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

● Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python/Django,

Java/Spring Boot, or .NET.

● Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

● Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

● Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

● Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus.

● Proficiency in Git, version control, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.

● Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and performance

optimization.

● Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

● Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, or progressive web applications.

● Knowledge of Redis, caching strategies, message queues, or background job

processing.

● Experience with cloud services such as AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, ECS, or equivalent.

● Familiarity with testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman.

● Experience working in Agile/Scrum-based development environments.

● Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery.

● Experience mentoring junior developers is an added advantage.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a

related field.

● Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

● Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full stack development.
