Legal AI Evaluator – RL & Rubric Evaluation | Remote

Position: Legal Professionals Paid Engagement on Specialized Workflows

Type Hourly Contract Independent Contractor Compensation $112/hr, paid weekly Location Remote, with flexible scheduling Commitment Approx 10+ hours per week

Role Responsibilities

• Complete specialized legal tasks and structured workflows tailored to your expertise.
• Analyze complex legal materials, draft responses and structure legal arguments based on provided prompts.
• Document your legal reasoning and methodological approach for each assigned task.
• Manage an ongoing weekly commitment using remote time-tracking software.

Requirements

• US-licensed attorney with a Juris Doctor (JD) and strong experience in Real Estate or Employment & Labor law.
• Experience in both rubric creation and reinforcement learning (RL).
• Strong legal research, analysis and professional drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently, pass screening and commit to the required weekly hours.
• Familiarity with remote time-tracking tools.
• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
