This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated individuals looking for the flexibility to provide services from home while selecting from available client programs and service intervals. The Arise® Platform is not currently available to contractors residing in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands?

What You’ll Do

Depending on the client program selected, services may include assisting customers by phone, chat, or other supported channels; answering questions about products, services, accounts, billing, or orders; documenting customer interactions; and meeting applicable client quality and performance standards.

Basic Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and eligible to operate as an independent contractor. You will need a compatible Windows 11 computer, reliable high-speed internet, an approved headset, and a quiet, secure workspace. Additional equipment, background checks, assessments, or technical requirements may apply depending on the client program selected.

Certification

Client programs generally require completion of a certification course before servicing begins. Certification schedules, requirements, duration, and any applicable costs vary by client program. Completion of certification does not constitute employment and does not guarantee service hours, earnings, or continued availability of a particular client program.

Compensation

Compensation varies by client program and is based on the applicable service rate and qualifying service activity. Specific rates are disclosed for available opportunities before a contractor selects a client program. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are not employees of Boss Solutions Workforce or Arise.
