Job Description
Brand Operations & International Logistics Manager
This is a Full or Parttime role
Contemporary Fashion & Lifestyle Brand
Bloom Search is partnering with a menswear brand to appoint a Brand Operations & International Logistics Manager, supporting its UK business and international expansion.
This is a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone with previous experience working within a brand that ships internationally. Bringing together brand operations, logistics and commercial administration, you will ensure the practical details behind launches, collaborations and activations are organised and delivered.
Working closely with the brand’s leadership, you will coordinate shipments, paperwork, vendors and contractual administration, giving the team confidence that the operational foundations are in place as the business grows.
The role
- Coordinate international shipments for product launches, collaborations, activations and wider brand activity, ensuring goods arrive accurately and on time.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, customs agents and warehouse partners to manage shipping requirements and resolve delays.
- Organise shipping and customs documentation, working with specialist partners to ensure relevant requirements are met.
- Support the operational delivery of UK and international activations, coordinating product movements, suppliers, schedules and supporting paperwork.
- Manage vendor onboarding and administration, maintaining accurate supplier details, agreements, invoices and payment schedules.
- Coordinate contracts and legal paperwork, tracking approvals, signatures, deadlines and obligations with leadership and external advisers.
- Maintain clear records of shipments, costs, contracts and project timelines, flagging risks and outstanding actions early.
- Build effective relationships with external partners and keep internal teams informed throughout each project.
- Develop practical processes that support the existing UK business and expansion into international markets.
About you
- Previous experience working within a fashion, lifestyle or related consumer brand is essential.
- Hands-on experience coordinating international shipping, with a practical understanding of customs paperwork and cross-border logistics.
- Experience managing suppliers, vendors and operational administration across multiple projects.
- Comfortable coordinating contracts and legal documentation, recognising when specialist advice or approval is needed.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive, with the ability to anticipate issues and follow tasks through to completion.
- Confident communicating with creative teams, senior leadership and external partners.
- Adaptable and calm when priorities change or deadlines are tight.
- Experience supporting collaborations, launches, events or international activations would be an advantage.
The opportunity
You will play a central role in helping an ambitious brand strengthen its UK operations and grow internationally. This position suits someone who enjoys taking ownership of the detail, bringing structure to a creative environment and making things happen.
